Standing Instruction

1. Punctuality

  • Be at school by 8.30 A. M
  • Avoid late coming. Late coming will be recorded on their Hand Book.

2. Cleanliness

  • Must be neat and tidy
  • Keep books and other belongings clean. Laminated brown cover is a must, write the name, standard, subject, CW,TN,HW in the side of the study materials.
  • Be particular to maintain cleanliness in the class room, and school premises.

3. Regularity

  • Students should attend the school on all working days. Pre.K.G. to II all Sat. Holiday, III to IXThird Sat. holiday.
  • Pupils, who want to take leave for more than 3 days, should get the prior permission from the Principal.
  • Furnish Medical Certificate for long sick leave.
  • No absence during Examinations.
  • Students infected contagious diseases should not be sent to school unless they are cured well.
  • The name of the student, who is absent from school for more than 10 consecutive days, without the prior permission from the principal, will be removed from the roll of the school.

4. Damage

  • Should protect and preserve the furniture and properties of the school.
  • No destruction of the School property, equipments, etc., if so a penalty will be levied from the student.
  • Should not scribble on the furniture or on the wall.

5. Responsibility

  • Students should not wear gold or other valuable ornaments. School will not be responsible for the loss of the personal belongings.
  • Students should not use bike.

6. Discipline

  • Students are expected to maintain strict discipline in the school premises.
  • Breach of disciplinary regulation will not be tolerated.
  • Disrespect to the member of the school staff and authorities of the Governing Board will be treated seriously.
  • Cell phone is not allowed in the school campus.

7. Students' Good Manners

  • Students should stand and greet the teachers.
  • Should respect the teachers and the Management authorities.
  • Should cultivate the habit of calmness and controlled speech.

8. Guidelines to parents

  • Parents/Guardians who bring their children daily, are advised to drop their children at the school entrance.
  • Parents should go through the hand book daily.
  • The purpose of sending the Report Card is to inform about your ward's performance in the examinations.
  • Complaints or suggestion, if any, should be made to the correspondent / principal only and not to the teachers directly.
  • Parents are expected to meet the principal with prior appointment or after 4.00 P.M.
